Thy Word, Oh Lord, is a lamp to guide me,
To keep me from going astray.
Thy Word lights my path through the darkness,
Making night appear bright as the day.
Temptations may entice me to wander,
I might be encouraged to roam.
Thy Word, Oh Lord, is a beacon
Lovingly guiding me home.
